Gemino Mobile Computer Repairs was lauched in 2005 by a group off highly skilled IT professionals who saw a need for an IT business that delivered a less costly service without sacrificing quality. We wont send geeks to you, only seasoned technology professionals who look after their customers.By being a mobile computer repair service, Gemino saves costs on shop fronts and passes this savin onto the customer. We do have a workshop but 95% of calls we attend are fixed at your home or office.
One of our skilled computer techniciians will come to your home or office to repair your computer or laptop, setup or troubleshoot any internet or network issues you have. Within the first half hour you will be advised of what is causing the fault and how we will resovle the fault. Due to the nature of computers and networks, in that each computer's history is determined by the computer user and every network has different brand devices and setups, we can only offer an approximate quote. We are kept busy at Gemino Mobile Computer Repairs, so we do our best to resolve any issues as soon as we can, keeping in mind value for our customers with a concrete resolution.
Whilst our technicians come with industry certifications and/or tertiary qualifications, the most important prerequisite we expect of our team members is experience, and a lot of it!
